We provide a manatee and sea turtle viewing snorkeling experience, offering an exclusive opportunity to explore a protected marine sanctuary with permitted access. Unlike crowded tourist spots, our tours ensure a peaceful and uninterrupted passive encounter with marine life. During the experience, guests can observe a variety of sea creatures, including manatees, sea turtles, spotted eagle rays, starfish, octopuses, and blue tang fish. Sea turtles are a given , making this tour a must for wildlife enthusiasts. To preserve the natural environment, we follow a strict passive interaction policy, meaning there is no touching, feeding, or petting of the animals. Our goal is to appreciate their beauty while respecting their habitat.
Each tour lasts between one to one and a half hours, depending on water currents and the group’s swimming ability. Tours begin every two hours at 10 AM, 12 PM, 2 PM, and 4 PM. Guests are required to arrive at least 10 minutes early to allow for check-in. Those who arrive more than 10 minutes late will be rescheduled for the next available tour. We swim you into a protected marine sanctuary, home to wild and free marine animals. Unlike zoos or enclosed environments, these creatures live naturally in their habitat, and we are simply visitors sharing their space. Our access to this area is government-approved, ensuring a responsible and ethical experience.
Since wildlife sightings depend on nature, there is always a chance that a guest may miss their favorite animal. In such cases, we offer a free return visit, though refunds are not available. That said, our sighting success rate is exceptionally high, with most tours spotting every major species about nine out of ten times.
This tour is currently offered only in English. It is strictly a swimmers-only experience, as there is no boat involved. Despite frequent questions about a boat, we want to clarify—there isn’t one. SO here we are, discussing a non-existent boat. This is a fully immersive snorkeling tour where you will be swimming in open water. Again, please, Swimmers only.
Guests who arrive more than 10 minutes late will be moved to the next available tour. However, if a guest is late a second time, they will forfeit 100% of their payment, with no option for rescheduling.
No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or no-shows under any circumstances. Please plan accordingly to ensure a smooth experience.
Refunds and cancellations are only issued for unsafe conditions. Situations such as lightning, extreme currents, or waves over 8 feet will result in a 100% refund, and when possible, we offer a discounted rescheduling option.
However, undesirable weather conditions like cloudy skies, rain, or low visibility do not qualify for a refund. The tour will proceed as scheduled unless conditions become hazardous.
Weather-related cancellations are determined at our discretion, as multiple factors are taken into account before making a decision.

Wildlife encounters are a natural part of our tours. However, if a guest happens to miss seeing their favorite animal, we offer a free return visit to try again. While sightings are frequent, nature is unpredictable, and we want every guest to have the best experience possible.
This tour is strictly for swimmers only. Guests who cannot swim should not book this experience. However, they are welcome to practice swimming during their scheduled tour on their own.
If a guest gains confidence and feels ready to participate later, they may attend a future tour free of charge with one guest. For example, if Johnny hasn’t swum in years, he can use his initial tour time to practice in shallow water. If he later decides to join the full experience, he can do so with his partner, Suzie, at no extra cost.

"Had an amazing time on the tour! My wife and I were on the beach and happened to see the sign for snorkeling tours. We up and Sal offered us a discount to go with him on the last tour of the day. He was super professional, extremely knowledgeable and made the entire experience very safe and fun! We saw an abundance of creatures on the tour including clown fish, sea urchins and even a manatee! Not only did we get to snorkel and see the water, but he also provided us with some great information on local districts in San Juan including where to eat. It was well worth the admission price, especially for someone on vacation. Definitely recommend you check it out."
“Exactly what we were looking for in a quick snorkel trip! Sal was very informative and made sure we were all comfortable in the beginning and throughout the trip. He took time to show us all about the equipment. We saw two huge manatees, a stingray, a beautiful coral reef, barracudas, sea urchins, starfish and plenty of colorful fish! He even takes a GoPro with him to record the trip and makes a video that is included! We could just focus on the snorkeling and watching the wildlife without having to worry about recording our adventure. His equipment is thoroughly cleaned after each use. He even took time to teach us about the sea life we were witnessing! I will definitely be coming back here when I return to PR!"
